Radiosurgery

Some patients with brain tumors will benefit from radiosurgery, a treatment that uses radiation with surgical precision to the tumor - while sparing the normal brain.  To make a referral or for more information contact (615) 322-7417.

Our Radiosurgery program is state of the art.  We have a multidisciplinary team of Neurosurgeons and Radiation Oncologists who work as a team to treat patients with complex brain tumors using the latest technologies.  We have recently installed a new "Trilogy" system for radiosurgery.  This advanced system allows for precise delivery of radiation to tumors - without the need to place a head frame.
